About Latino Pro Night

Latino Pro Night is an official event aligned with Latino Builders Show, designed to strengthen communication, networking, and the integration of new professionals and companies interested in joining the annual conference.
It’s a professional networking and celebration experience that brings together builders, architects, designers, engineers, community leaders, and construction industry brands.

Strategically held twice a year in the Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia metropolitan area, Latino Pro Night may also expand to other major U.S. cities in coordination with large-scale national events.

Its purpose is to strengthen relationships, create new partnerships, and pave the way toward the annual Latino Builders Show conference, inspiring more companies and professionals to join a movement that celebrates Latino talent, innovation, and excellence in construction.

The first Latino Pro Night took place on October 9, 2025, in Annapolis, Maryland, marking the beginning of a new era of growth, collaboration, and leadership for the Latino community in the construction industry.

Why Latino Pro Night Matters

“Attending conferences is not a professional luxury,
it’s an investment in the growth of our community.”

These events should not be seen merely as a break from work or a chance to network, but as true spaces for learning and transformation. At every conference, knowledge, innovation, and experiences are shared that strengthen not only our practices and businesses but also those who build the future of the industry every single day.

Participating in conferences allows us to discover new tools, techniques, and partnerships that open doors to opportunities once out of reach. It teaches us to adapt, to lead with vision, and to understand that the collective success of the Latino community depends on our willingness to learn and share.

The Latino Builders Show aims to be the bridge that closes the gap between the Latino community and the vast opportunities within the U.S. construction industry inspiring every professional to keep growing, connecting, and leaving a mark in this industry we build together, while also inspiring the next generations to become part of this wonderful trade.
