Building Connections That Inspire
Latino Pro Night is a series of exclusive networking events created to bring together Latino builders, contractors, suppliers, and industry professionals from across the country. Each event serves as a warm-up to the Latino Builders Show, offering an opportunity to connect, collaborate, and celebrate Latino excellence in the trades.
The first Latino Pro Night was held in partnership with Pella on October 9, 2025, at the Pella Showroom in Annapolis, Maryland. The evening brought together a powerful mix of general contractors, manufacturers, architects, and brand representatives who share a common goal: to strengthen and empower the Latino community in construction.
The event was a complete success. Attendees enjoyed networking, great food, live product demos, and exciting giveaways. More than just a celebration, Latino Pro Night created a space where meaningful relationships and professional opportunities could begin. Many of those who attended left with new connections, potential collaborations, and a deeper sense of pride in what the Latino workforce represents.
Empowering the Latino Construction Community
We are now planning two more Latino Pro Night events ahead of the full Latino Builders Show 2026. The next one is expected to take place in February 2026 in Orlando, Florida, with more details coming soon. Each event will continue to grow in scale and impact, giving our community new ways to learn, share, and be seen by major industry brands.
Behind this vision is David Parraguirre, known as The Mexican Carpenter, a professional builder, entrepreneur, and content creator who has dedicated his career to uplifting and representing Latinos in construction. Through these events, his mission is to connect hardworking professionals, highlight their contributions, and create opportunities that inspire the next generation of builders.
