Our Story + Mission

Our Story
From Mexico to the Trades
At the helm of the Latino Builders Show is David Parraguirre, an entrepreneur, mentor, and proud representative of the Latino community. Born in Veracruz, Mexico, David moved to the United States at the age of 14 and began his journey in construction from the ground up. Through years of hands-on experience in home building, he developed the skills, discipline, and work ethic that would later allow him to lead his own team of builders.
As the owner and founder of Pro Builder Solutions, a respected custom home building and remodeling company, David built a reputation for quality, precision, and professionalism. Alongside his work in the field, he became widely known as The Mexican Carpenter, using social media as a platform to educate, inspire, and represent Latino tradespeople across the country.
Building Purpose and Opportunity
David’s work goes beyond construction. His purpose has always been to elevate the perception of Latinos in the industry and to show what is possible through persistence, skill, and leadership. His story reflects the potential within the Latino community to not only build structures, but to build businesses, careers, and legacies.
The Latino Builders Show was created from this vision. More than a conference, it is a movement designed to highlight Latino excellence, bring professionals together, and create opportunities through education, connection, and visibility. With every event and gathering, the Latino Builders Show continues to grow, building momentum toward a future rooted in unity, pride, and shared success.
Our Mission
Strengthening the Latino Workforce
At the heart of the Latino Builders Show is a commitment to strengthen, educate, and inspire the Latino community within the construction industry. Our goal is to provide spaces that promote professional growth, innovation, and collaboration through conferences, workshops, and experiences that highlight the talent and leadership of Latino professionals.
The Latino Builders Show serves as a bridge connecting Latino builders, entrepreneurs, and industry leaders with new opportunities, resources, and strategic partnerships. We strive to empower individuals and businesses to grow, learn, and lead with purpose, contributing to the development and recognition of Latino excellence in the construction field.
Learning, Sharing, and Growing Together
Attending conferences is not a professional luxury, it is an investment in the growth of our community. Each event is an opportunity to learn, connect, and transform the way we build the future of this industry. These gatherings are not just a break from work but spaces for education, innovation, and transformation where professionals can share knowledge, techniques, and experiences that strengthen both their craft and their companies.
Through these experiences, participants gain access to tools, insights, and collaborations that open new doors and create opportunities that were once out of reach. We believe that collective success depends on our willingness to learn, share, and grow together. The Latino Builders Show aims to be that connection point, uniting the community and inspiring professionals to reach new levels of excellence.
Inspiring the Next Generation
Beyond the main conference, we continue our mission year-round with smaller events designed to engage and inspire the youth. These gatherings combine education with hands-on activities that introduce the next generation to the world of construction. By making learning interactive and enjoyable, we hope to ignite passion and curiosity, showing young people that construction offers rewarding and creative career paths.
The Latino Builders Show stands as more than an event. It is a movement built on unity, education, and pride. Our mission is to elevate the Latino presence in construction, close the gap between potential and opportunity, and inspire current and future generations to take pride in the industry that builds our communities and our future.
